I received my BA from the University of Michigan in Classical Languages and Literatures with a minor in translation studies. During the MPhil in Classics at Cambridge, my dissertation explored the materiality of wounding and the resonant relationship between bodily violence and the environment in Homeric epic.
After Cambridge, I received an MA in Classics from UCLA as well as a graduate certificate in teaching writing, with a concentration in teaching second language learners.
I currently live in Atlanta, GA, where I work for an educational nonprofit called the Johnson O'Connor Research Foundation, conducting aptitude tests and career consultancy for students and career changers.
