Biography

I am interested in questions around innovation, knowledge creation and management, organizational learning and the influence of contextual settings. My research in Cambridge focused on healthcare services, more specifically the design of services for people with learning or intellectual disabilities. I have been living in Switzerland (first Geneva, now Zurich) since 2015.
